Air-conditioning system and supply and exhaust ventilation

In the office employees spend from 8 hours a day, and the microclimate in the room significantly affects the well-being, productivity and even the level of seasonal morbidity in the team. Proper air exchange also depends on the air conditioning and ventilation system.

Objective: to design an air conditioning and ventilation system that can:

A) provide a comfortable microclimate for employees and visitors to the office, clean air and the possibility of comfortable thermoregulation, regardless of the season;

B) optimize energy costs;

C) harmoniously fit into the interior of the building.

The system should be easy to operate and reliable.

What we did:

• prepared the technical specification and project of Fujitsu multizone air conditioning system based on duct, cassette, floor-ceiling air conditioners and split-systems;
• performed design, installation and commissioning of the equipment;
• developed a scheme of supply and exhaust ventilation layout, designed, installed and carried out adjustment works;
• scheduled routine maintenance and inspection of the systems.

Result:

Implemented a full-cycle project from the ground up – from design development to equipment selection, installation and future maintenance. The output is an energy-saving air conditioning system that is easy to operate and a ventilation system that ensures comfortable work of the company’s employees and complies with hygienic norms.
